How to buy from us
There are two main ways that we sell to our customers.

The way to guarantee that you’ll get the amount and type of meat that you’re looking for – without being really specific about which cuts – is to join our Meat CSA. Read our Meat CSA page for more details and feel free to contact us with questions at any time.

The way to get the exact cut you want – providing we have it – is to call or email ahead and arrange an appointment to come pick up your meat. You’re also welcome to stop by unannounced but it is faster if you call ahead. And, if you make an appointment, you’re not going to get here and find out that we’re not here.There are two small drawbacks to purchasing this way. One: You don’t get the discounted rate that our Meat CSA members do. Two: We gear our production amounts to our memberships with a bit of padding to make sure we have enough. The meat that we sell to non-members comes from that ‘padding’. If we underestimate or have a production problem, we will not have extra meat in our freezers to sell you.
